New Zealand Deliveries

Our current shipping rates are:

$8.00 - Flat Rate Shipping NZ wide

Our orders are sent on the courier with NZ Post through Vertical Logistics.  All our orders are tracked with signature required. Waiving the signature request, giving an Authority to Leave or asking for your parcel to be left elsewhere is done at the purchasers own risk.

We aim to have your order dispatched within 2 business days.  Our courier aims to have urban parcels with you within 1-3 business days.  Rural deliveries please allow an extra 1-3 business days for your parcel to arrive.  Please note this is subject to change during sales, seasonal busy periods and delays that may arise due to covid-19.

 

 

General Shipping Notes 

Please note during busy times, some deliveries may be delayed. My Kids Clothing and Gifts will try and keep you up to date with any delays.  My Kids Clothing and Gifts is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier service.  Should a claim be raised with the courier company, the customer accepts that they will need to sign a disclosure in order for the claim to be processed.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address at the time of purchase.  Should an incorrect delivery address be given and your parcel is delivered to the address you provided, we will do everything we possibly can to help you locate your parcel.  Unfortunately if your parcel can not be located, My Kids Clothing and Gifts, holds no responsibility for replacing or refunding your purchase where the customer has supplied an incorrect address. 

We aim to process and package your purchase within 2 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). We will send courier tracking information once your order is ready to be shipped.

 My Kids Clothing and Gifts reserves the right to change or increase shipping costs at their discretion and without notice.
